Interior Finishing

Floor coverings: in the entrance hall and wet rooms, the flooring is ceramic tile; living areas are covered with parquet, with skirting boards along the walls.

Walls: in wet rooms, walls are partly tiled and partly painted; in living areas, the walls are painted.

Exterior door: wooden door with a security lock.

Interior doors: according to the interior finishing package.

Outdoor Areas

Roads and pavements: the driveway and entrance to the house will be paved with concrete paving stones; parking spaces are located under the building.

Landscaping: the courtyard area will be landscaped with a grass lawn, and flowers and shrubs will be planted in flower boxes.

Waste management: the property includes a separate waste shelter with containers for sorting by type.

Structures

Foundation: monolithic reinforced concrete foundation.

Partition and exterior walls between apartments: solid concrete hollow blocks.

Interior walls within apartments: gypsum board walls on a metal frame.

Roof: EPS insulation and roll roofing material.

Facade: EPS insulation with thin-layer plaster.

Windows: triple-glazed windows.

Energy efficiency: the calculated energy class of the building is A.

Local energy production: solar panels are installed on the roof of the building.

Heating: all rooms in the apartments are equipped with water-based underfloor heating; the heating source is district heating.

Pinered was born out of the need to build homes for ourselves. Today, our friends and colleagues also live in Pinered houses.
